Pick how many messages you need and pay by UPI or card. We email your sign-in link as soon as the payment clears.

Link your WhatsApp Business number in Settings and write your message templates. Meta reviews each template before you can send it.

Import your customer list, pick a template and send. Each message sent uses one from your pack, and replies you send from the inbox do not use your pack.

Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for a pack of messages and there is no subscription to cancel. Your first pack has a one-time setup fee, shown in the total before you pay.
What counts as a message?
One broadcast template message sent to one contact. Replies you send from the inbox are not counted.
Are Meta's WhatsApp charges included?
The checkout total is everything you pay SalesHiker for the pack. Meta sets its own per-message rates, and they differ by the country of the number you message and by message type. Ask sales at sales@saleshiker.com for the rates that apply to your contacts before you buy.
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. SalesHiker sends through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API from your own WhatsApp Business number. Meta reviews each message template before you can send it.
How soon can I start sending?
Your workspace is ready as soon as the payment clears, and we email your sign-in link. Connect your number, get a template approved by Meta, then send.
How do I buy more messages?
Open Billing in your SalesHiker workspace and pick a new pack. There is no setup fee on a top-up, and messages you have left carry over.
Do my messages expire?
No. Your pack has no end date. When you send the last message, broadcasts stop until you buy more.
Is GST or other tax added?
Payments in rupees add 18% GST to the messages and the setup fee. Payments in US dollars from outside India have no GST. You see the full total before you pay.
Can I buy from outside India?
Yes. Visitors outside India see prices in US dollars automatically and pay by card, with no GST. Meta's own per-message rate differs by country, so ask sales at sales@saleshiker.com for a volume quote.
Can I get a refund?
Write to sales@saleshiker.com with the email you paid with and we will look at your order.
